Each year we know that the Easter Vigil must begin in darkness. Is there some source that tells us when we can have the Vigil begin?

To find nautical twilight for Your area, go to the US Naval Observatory Website at http://aa.usno.navy.mil/faq/docs/RST_def.html. Then click on the link that sets up one's year's data and type in your location and a table is produced. Add an hour for daylight savings time, if necessary.
