What do we say during the Eucharistic Prayer when the pope has died and during the period when we have no pope?

When the seat is vacant (sede vacante) of any bishop, including the pope, the name is omitted until there is a new pope elected. In a sense, one skips that part and continues with the Eucharistic Prayer.
