Is it true that you are supposed to stand during the Easter Season during the Eucharistic Prayer of the Mass?

Previous in history there were particular rubrics for standing. However, currently in the Eucharistic liturgy there is no rubric on standing during the Easter season. One stands for the Litany of the Saints during the Easter season; otherwise one kneels. This would be sung at baptisms, ordinations or rites of profession of religious vows.
