The elements of this theology focus on the history of the eucharist, it's celebration, it's meanings [anamenesis, thanksgiving, sacrifice, real presence, covenant, epiklesis, memorial, etc.] and it's pastoral implications of all this today. The Catechism of the Catholic Church gives a detailed summary of the main elements, too.
